DEC provides community housing for adults who have been diagnosed with intellectual disabilities. Our goal is to meet both the health and safety needs of the individuals we serve, and to provide the means necessary by which they may live the life they choose. Through a program that is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare, we promote community integration and provide many opportunities for socialization. We encourage family involvement and are steadfastly committed to a seamless team approach to service delivery.
